At Beej Spices, we believe in purity, quality, and transparency. Our products are sourced from trained farmers, are pesticide-free, and crafted with care — but if you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
✅ Easy Returns & Replacements
We offer a “No Questions Asked” return policy at the time of delivery.
• Not happy with the product? Return it immediately to the delivery person.
• Missed checking during delivery? Raise a return request within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
• Please share clear images of the item to help us improve our service and process your replacement.
🛍️ We will replace your product with a new one at no extra cost (no cash refunds).
🚚 Delivery Issues
If your order cannot be delivered due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Locked house or recipient unavailable
• Refusal to accept
📝 The full amount will still be charged. A ₹30 re-delivery fee will apply for second attempts.
❌ Cancellation Policy
• Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
💸 Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds.
• Only replacements will be provided in case of:
o Manufacturing defects
o Incorrect or damaged product delivery
